Poco tempo fa ho scoperto un nuovo brand, e me ne sono perdutamente innamorata: Erdem. La collezione Pre-Fall 2012 è, a mio avviso, spettacolare: stampe floreali, colori decisi alternati a tinte più tenui, che vanno dall'arancione al beige, dal giallo al blu elettrico, senza escludere qualche tocco di nero. E poi un taglio semplice ma preciso e femminile, dall'ispirazione vintage anni '50-'60.

Some weeks ago I discovered a new brand, and I totally fell in love with it: Erdem. I think The Pre-Fall 2012 collection is wonderful: floral prints, strong colors alternated with soft tones, from tangerine to beige, from yellow to electric blue, and including some touches of black. And simple cuts, but precise and feminine, with vintage 50s and 60s inspiration.

And what about S/S 2012 collection? Laces, light and swirling fabric... and again flowers and pastel colors!

Non sono tutti bellissimi? Certo, i prezzi sono un tantino proibitivi... ma a me basta sognare! E voi che ne pensate? Vi piace questo brand?

Since December 2011, PetiteFraise has a brand new collection dedicated to kids! Intanto qua sopra vedete la tavola piena di pacchettini, ovviamente accanto all'albero di Natale :) e qui sotto la tavola imbandita per la colazione, con la torta paradiso a forma di albero di Natale, cucinata da mia mamma. Hello! How did you spend your Christmas day? I spent it in the best way, with my family and my little nephews, among a great quantity of toys, food, animated cartoons and... handmade presents! Yes, I received beautiful handmade gifts... below I'll show you! Obviously, I made them too (but I'll show them in the next days). Innanzitutto chiedo scusa, perché sto seguendo pochissimo il blog, a malincuore. Ciao amici! Oggi vi mostro due novità e due ritorni :)
Prima le due novità: la collana "Red Beauty" con ciondolo matryoshka in bronzo anticato e perline in vetro di boemia rosso con sfumature dorate, e il bracciale "Owl love" con ciondolo gufo in vetro beige e dorato, cuore in ottone (si apre!) e le stesse perline rosse della collana :)
Passiamo poi ai due ritorni: la collana e gli orecchini con cupcake a forma di albero di natale, realizzati in pasta modellabile e montati con foglia in filigrana dorata.

Hello friends! Today I show you two news and two old pieces coming back :)
First the news: the "Red beauty" necklace, with a brass matryoshka charm and red marbled gold czech glass beads, and the "Owl love" bracelet with a czech glass owl charm, a raw brass locket heart charm (it opens for real!) and the same beads as the necklace :)
Now the old pieces: the necklace and the earrings with the Christmas tree cupcakes, made of polymer clay and with gold filled filigree leaf.

Se state organizzando una festicciola e non sapete come realizzare dei festoni carini, originali e do-it-yourself, ecco qui un'idea che fa al caso vostro! Vi servono bicchieri di carta (carta, NON plastica, mi raccomando! Altrimenti con le lucine si fondono...), carta colorata e un filo di lucine al LED (le solite lucine si scaldano tantissimo, e si rischia che i nostri bicchieri prendano fuoco... e noi non lo vogliamo, vero? In ogni caso, qualunque tipo di luci usiamo, teniamole d'occhio e stiamo attenti: non lasciamole incustodite quando sono accese! E di notte spegniamole!). Se non avete le luci, non importa: la nostra ghirlanda sarà bellissima ugualmente!

If you're planning a party and you don't know how to make lovely and diy garlands, here an idea for you! You need paper cups (be careful: don't use plastic ones, or they'll melt), colorful paper and LED lights (regular lights can get very hot, and you risk that they melt the cup and the paper. Anyway, whatever light you use, be careful and don't let them unattended and turn them off during the night!).
If you don't have the lights, don't worry: our garlands will be perfect without them as well!
