Buon venerdì!
Lo scorso weekend sono stata in Umbria: prima a Perugia in occasione dell'Eurochocolate, manifestazione dedicata al cioccolato, poi ad Assisi.
Oggi vorrei mostrarvi qualche "instascatto" di quei due giorni passati in queste due bellissime città italiane, tra arte, cultura, splendidi paesaggi, gastronomia e angolini romantici senza tempo!
A Perugia vorrei inoltre consigliarvi la Trattoria "Al Mangiar Bene", un posto molto accogliente con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo mangiato bene senza spendere una fortuna. Io ho ordinato le tagliatelle al tartufo e ho assaggiato un po' di scamorza al coccio con tartufo: tutto davvero ottimo!
Inoltre penso che i valori sui quali questa trattoria è pensata siano condivisibili e stimabili: vi copio qui la presentazione che c'è sul loro sito. 

"Questa Trattoria-Pizzeria ha la pretesa di essere un progetto di filiera corta biologica.Un esercizio commerciale che, per l’acquisto delle materie prime, non si avvale dei canali d’intermediazione convenzionali ma di un rapporto diretto con le aziende agricole locali, prediligendo quelle a conduzione biologica. Nel nostro Menù sarà specificato, prodotto per prodotto, da quale azienda agricola proviene e dove è ubicata, con l’intento di ri-dare un’identità al cibo che consumiamo. Non utilizziamo prodotti delle Multinazionali dell’Agroalimentare che con la loro politica commerciale stanno espellendo dalle campagne i nostri agricoltori, senza rendere alcun vantaggio di prezzo e di qualità al cittadino consumatore".

Last weekend I've been in Umbria: first in Perugia for Eurocholate, and then in Assisi.
Today I'd like to show you some "instashots" from those days in these two wonderful places, full of art, culture, wonderful landscapes, good food and romantic corners!
I also would like to recommend you a "trattoria" (a restaurant) called "Al Mangiar Bene". Here you can eat very well without paying too much. I ate tagliatelle with truffles and tasted baked scamorza cheese with truffle sauce: both amazing dishes!
Besides, I agree with the values of this trattoria:

Domenica scorsa sono andata con gli amici a far castagne, nei boschi sopra Albavilla (provincia di Como). Ne abbiamo raccolte tantissime! E quanti funghi abbiamo incontrato! E' stata una giornata bellissima, piena di colori caldi, raggi di sole che filtrano tra gli alberi, foglie cadute, profumi di bosco e frutti della natura. Ma adesso lascio parlare le foto che ho scattato quel giorno :)

Last Sunday I've been with my friends in the woods over Albavilla (near Como, in Lumbardy) looking for chestnuts. We found so many of them! And we saw a lot of mushrooms! My Christmas holidays in points :)

Sono tornata! La mia settimana di vacanza a New York è finita, e ora sono pronta a riprendere alla grande! Sarei banale a dire che la City mi è piaciuta tantissimo, quindi lascio parlare queste mie foto, sperando che siano di vostro gradimento :) se vi piacciono, magari prossimamente ve ne mostro delle altre!

Cari amici, mi prendo una vacanza! Domani parto e sarò di ritorno lunedì prossimo. Ovviamente non mi porterò dietro il computer e di conseguenza non potrò aggiornare il blog. E' da febbraio che non scrivo più su questo povero blog abbandonato. Sono stati mesi frenetici, pieni di cose da fare, che mi hanno tenuta lontano da questo spazio e dalla creatività! Non solo non ho più aggiornato il blog, ma è da questa primavera che non tocco più fimo né creazioni. La vita reale (leggi: studio, e un paio di progetti lavorativi) mi ha trascinata via e mi ha impedito di dedicarmi alla mia grande passione: i bijoux e l'handmade. Ora posso tirare un po' il respiro, ma il tempo è sempre poco e di conseguenza non riuscirò più a creare molto, il mio sarà purtroppo ridotto a un hobby saltuario. Però vorrei cercare di dedicarmi di più al blog. Vorrei renderlo un luogo ospitale dove si parla non solo delle mie creazioni, ma anche di ciò che amo e che mi ispira, di altri/e artisti/e di cui apprezzo il lavoro, di fotografia e di libri (altre mie grandissime passioni), di illustrazioni, di moda, di artigianato... spero che mi seguirete in questa svolta, e che mi perdonerete la mia lunghissima assenza :)

GRAZIE di cuore per tutti i commenti e le email (anzi, se mi avete scritto e non avete ricevuto risposta, v'invito a riscrivermi, se avete voglia!) e per aver continuato a passare da queste parti. Siete tutti preziosi per me!

Nel frattempo, qui sopra potete ammirare una dolcissima illustrazione di un'artista che amo e di cui spero potrò parlare presto :) I link nella didascalia sotto l'immagine!

I haven't wrote in this poor blog since last February. Frenetic months, full of things to do, and I had to be far away from this space and from craft! My universty studies and some work projects stopped me from making jewels! I still have few times, so my craft has to be only an occasional hobby, but I'd like to dedicate a little more time to my blog: I'd like to make it cosier and more interesting, writing not only about my creations, but also about other artists' work, photography and books (my big passions), illustrations, fashion, crafts and handmade... I hope you will follow me in this turning point, and you will be able to forgive me for my long absence.

THANK YOU very much for every single comment and mail you wrote me till now, and for your visits. You're all precious for me!
