Today I'm so excited.
Finally, the little Isabel came to me!
Isabel is a lovely and sweet Petite Blythe (she's Night Flower). I just love her.
I'm looking forward to making tons of jewelry for her. I've never made such tiny jewelry (my Isabel is very small...she's about 11cm), but I'll try! And I can't wait to make a dollshouse, or just a room, for her...but for this task I need time!

Finalmente, stamattina la piccola Isabel è arrivata da me!
Isabel è una carinissima e dolce Petite Blythe -un tipo di bambole da "collezione" diffusissimo in Giappone e anche nel resto del mondo- (lei è una Night Flower Blythe). La adoro.
Non vedo l'ora di fare un sacco di bigiotteria per lei. Non ne ho mai fatta di così piccola (la mia Isabel è proprio piccola...circa 11cm!), ma proverò! E non vedo l'ora nemmeno di farle una casa, o anche solo una cameretta...ma per questo ci vorrà più tempo!
Lo so... sembro una bambina che non cresce mai vero? Che ci posso fare? Amo il mondo della fantasia, delle cose piccole, delle bambole... Sono un'inguaribile sognatrice!

Today is so foggy. This morning the sun was shining, but during the afternoon the fog came... =(
Tomorrow, here in Italy we celebrate the S. Antonio's Day. The folk superstition says that if you don't eat the S. Antonio cake, during this year you'll loose your house!
So my mummy is cooking the cake...maybe tomorrow I'll show some photos! =)

Oggi c'è una brutta nebbia! Stamattina c'era il sole, ma nel pomeriggio il cielo si è coperto e adesso c'è una nebbia fittissima, almeno qui da me =(
Domani, invece, è il giorno di S. Antonio. La superstizione popolare vuole che chi non mangerà la torta di S. Antonio perderà la casa entro l'anno! Ovviamente sono solo superstizioni, ma la tradizione vuole la torta quindi mia mamma la sta preparando... magari domani vi mostrerò qualche foto! =D

First of all, now I'm part of Crafting in Color Etsy Street Team, and I'm so happy! Thank you for this opportunity!

Today I'll show you some cute creation for S. Valentine's Day (but you can wear them the rest of the year too!

Seconda cosa, ultimamente mi sto prendendo cura del mio negozietto DaWanda che negli ultimi mesi avevo un bel po' trascurato. Ho aggiunto molte cosine nuove (alcune sono già state vendute!), tra cui queste due creazioni che vi mostro oggi, ideate per San Valentino ma perfette anche durante tutto il resto dell'anno!

Be My Prince Necklace.

A super romantic necklace with a froggy prince, made of FIMO (polymer clay).
The crowned frog is placed on a silver plated chain (nickel free); on the chain I also added some delicate and beautiful opaque rose/gold topaz Czech Glass Bellflowers.

Una romantica collanina! Si tratta di una catenella argentata nickel free, sulla quale ho messo un simpatico e dolcissimo principe ranocchio, modellato in fimo. Ho anche aggiunto tre belle perline in czech glass a forma di campanula.

It's Tea Time, My Love! Earrings.

A cute and romantic pair of earrings!
There is a red with white polka dots teaset (a cup of tea and a teapot), made of FIMO (polymer clay), and varnished with a special gloss lacquer for polymer clay after baking.
There is also a sweet white heart on both.

Nuovo paio di orecchini della serie “It’s Tea Time!”.
Sono come al solito modellati a mano in fimo, rossi a pois bianchi con un cuore davanti sia sulla tazzina che sulla teiera; lucidati dopo la cottura.

Own The Hour!!! And two featurings in Etsy Treasury =)

Hello!

Yesterday, thanks to Tizzalicious (great blog, great blogger and great artist! Go visit her!), I found out a new way to advertise my Etsy shop and my creations: Own The Hour! It is an independent Etsy promotion.

On the "About/F.A.Q." page you can read this: "Etsy sellers can advertise their product on our exclusive 12 item front page for just $0.50 cents per hour. They select the hours, and we do the rest! Etsy buyers, or those looking for great unique gifts, handmade crafts, and amazing pieces of art can stop buy each hour to see items that an Etsy seller has highlighted. [...] OwnTheHour.com is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc., OwnTheHour is an independent promotional site."

This is a great thing! Obviously I purchased some slot for today (Sunday, 16th November): you'll be able to see my creation at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm EST (New York hour, in Italy it will be at 20.00, 21.00, 22.00, 23.00, 24.00 today). This is just a try, I hope I'll have some good results!
I hope that you, Etsy sellers who are reading, will speak about it on your blogs! Promote Own The Hour!

Ieri, grazie al blog Tizzalicious (fantastico blog, fantastica blogger e fantastica artista! Andate a visitarla!), ho scoperto un nuovo modo poco costoso per pubblicizzare il mio negozietto Etsy e le mie creazioni: il sito Own The Hour!

E' un sito indipendente da Etsy, non affiliato, che permette ai venditori di Etsy di acquistare per 0.50 USD (dollari americani) una "slot", un riquadro all'ora per pubblicizzare un prodotto del negozio. Ogni ora sono a disposizione 12 slots (ovviamente ognuno dovrebbe prendersi solo una slot all'ora per dare spazio anche agli altri).

V'invito a scrivere di Own The Hour sui vostri blog, così da farlo conoscere a più persone possibile e da far pubblicità ai venditori Etsy!!!
Ovviamente io ho già acquistato qualche slot: OGGI domenica 16 novembre potrete vedermi su Own The Hour alle ore italiane 20.00, 21.00, 22.00, 23.00, 24.00!

Hello everyone!

I'm very happy because the swap I made for Laura (fraeulein 2eck on Flickr) is arrived to its new home, and Laura love it!

She asked me two pair of earrings: Red Apples earrings and Tea Time earrings! Then I added two little surprises: two English Tea bags and a Green Apple cell phone charm! I'm very happy she likes them, and she speaks about me on her blog, HERE! =D
These are the photos I made before sending the swap.

But now...

I must confess: I'm completely in love with Matryoshkas. Those Russian dolls are adorable! So... I thought, some months ago, that I could make them by myself with polymer clay!

This is my latest Matryoshka, on sell on my Etsy shop :

This is a very cute charm! The body is made of FIMO (polymer clay); the eyes, the hair, the mouth and the flowers on her body are handpainted by me with acrylics with love and care!It is varnished with a special gloss lacquer for polymer clay after baking. It mesures about 3cm, hook included.
You can hang it on a bracelet, necklace, mobile, bag or anything else!

My first time on an Etsy Treasury!

Hello dears!!! Today has been an exciting day! =D
I've been featured for the first time in an Etsy Treasury! Its name is Treasury Virgins, this means that it includes sellers who haven't been featured before. It is in Treasury West, I don't know the difference between this one and the "normal" Treasury, someone could explain me please?
