E' la prima volta che mi cimento nella creazione in fimo dei macarons, celeberrimi dolcetti francesi famosi per i loro mille colori, accesi o pastello, e per il loro delicato gusto zuccherino, molto alla moda ultimamente. Non li avevo mai realizzati prima proprio perché troppo "inflazionati", li vedevo ovunque sia originali che riprodotti come bijoux... ma la tentazione e la curiosità hanno prevalso e ora devo dire di essermi divertita, sia nel modellarli, sia nel cercare un montaggio diverso dal solito, che mi distinguesse e che si ricollegasse al mio stile personale. Beh, spero di esserci riuscita! A me il risultato finale piace :) ho scelto colori pastello in omaggio alla primavera (ma diciamocelo: io ho un debole per i colori pastello!), e li ho montati insieme a perline in vetro (le cosiddette sfaccettate di Boemia), e cuori colorati in plastica. La catenina è color rame.
Per il momento non sono disponibili, ma lo saranno dopo la metà di aprile, appena tornerò da un viaggetto... "ma questa è un'altra storia, e si dovrà raccontare un'altra volta" (cit. La Storia Infinita)

This is the first time I create with fimo (polymer clay) some macarons, French sweets famous for their pastel or bright colors and their delicate and sugary taste, very popular lately. I never realized them before, because I think they're too "overworked": I see them everywhere, both as food and as jewelry... but the temptation to try and the curiosity prevailed, and now I must admit I had fun in making them and in trying to distinguish them from others' work. I wanted to assemble them in my very own style. I hope I succeeded! I think I like the final result :) I chose pastel colors as a tribute to Spring (But I admit: I have a weakness for pastel colors!), and I assembled them with czech glass beads and plastic hearts. The chain is copper plated.
For the moment they aren't available, but they will be after the half of April, once I'll back from a travel... but I won't say anything about that for now :)
