ModCloth Spring Lookbook

E' da un po' che volevo scrivere questo post: da quando ho sfogliato lo Spring Lookbook di ModCloth!
Mi sono innamorata di questi vestiti: mi piacciono i colori, le fantasie, le linee, tutto mi fa pensare alla primavera imminente. Amo anche l'ambientazione e gli scatti, penso che siano la perfetta cornice alla collezione :)

I've thought about this post since I saw the Spring Lookbook on ModCloth website! I fell in love with this collection: I love the colors, the patterns, the lines, everything makes me think about the coming Spring. I love also the shots and the setting, I think they're the perfect frame for this collection :)

New yummy cupcakes, preview

Chi mi segue su Facebook li ha già visti ieri sera... questi dolci cupcakes sono i nuovi arrivati in casa PetiteFraise: ho voluto sperimentare uno stile più "fumettoso" e meno realistico del solito, e devo dire che mi piacciono molto! Sono realizzati in fimo, modellati completamente a mano senza l'uso di stampi. Verranno montati come bracciali e collane, al più presto vi mostrerò il risultato. Cosa ne dite? Vi piacciono? :)

Those who follow me on Facebook saw them yesterday... these sweet cupcakes are the new born: I wanted to experiment a "comics" style, less realistic than my usual cupcakes, and I must admit I really like them! They are handmade out of fimo (polymer clay), without using any molds. They will be assembled as bracelets and necklaces (soon I'll show you the result). What do you think about them? Do you like them? :)

Week wishlist ♥ Lista dei desideri della settimana

Questa settimana, lo stile della mia lista dei desideri è molto romantico e femminile, con la prevalenza di colori pastello e sfumati. Tra tutto, i miei preferiti sono le ballerine e la borsa azzurra e marrone: mi piacciono da impazzire! E voi? C'è qualcosa in questa lista che vi ha proprio rubato il cuore? :)

Fleur de vie - collana/necklace

Eccomi qui con una nuova serie di bijoux: "Fleur de vie" è il nome che ho voluto dare a questa parure, in italiano "Fiore di vita", perché la primavera è alle porte e tutto sta per rinascere un'altra volta... Orecchini, collana, bracciale e anello. I fiori sono modellati a mano da me in fimo, senza l'uso di stampi, e posati (tranne l'anello, per far sì che fosse più comodo da indossare) su fiori in filigrana argentata. La collana ha, invece della solita catenina, un nastrino in organza color vinaccia. Cosa ne dite? :)

Fleur de vie - orecchini/earrings

Here I am, with a new jewelry set: "Fleur de vie" is the name I've chosen, in English "Flower of life", because Spring is coming and everything is to come to life again... Earrings, necklace, bracelet and ring. The pink flowers are handmade by my out of fimo (polymer clay) without any moulds, and placed on a silver plated filigree flower (except the ring). The necklace has a dark red organza ribbon. What do you think about them?

Oggi sono andata a farmi un giro da Zara, ed era pieno di cose bellissime! Se avessi potuto, mi sarei portata via tutto... i miei preferiti in assoluto sono i due vestiti del primo set qui in alto, e i sandali neri. Purtroppo si vedono poco, ma se cliccate sotto le foto, sarete indirizzati nella pagina corrispondente su polyvore, e troverete sulla colonna a destra i singoli pezzi che ho utilizzato: se cliccate su ognuno li vedrete ingranditi!
