Fruit, cupcakes, italian biscuits and... an anticipation! =)

First of all, I want to thank Sara for the prize I received from her! PREMIO PUNTO D'ARTE DELLA VITA .

Prima di tutto, voglio ringraziare Sara per il premio che ho ricevuto da lei! Grazie Sara! Purtroppo non ho molto tempo per far continuare questa bell'iniziativa (hai visto quanto tempo c'è voluto per ringraziarti...) ma io affido questo premio a tutte le artiste bloggers che passeranno di qui!: PREMIO PUNTO D'ARTE DELLA VITA .

And now... new fruity pins! Made of fimo (polymer clay), varnished after baking.

E ora, nuove spilline fruttate! Fatte in fimo, lucidate dopo la cottura. Le potete trovare nel negozietto di Giada ( http://www.giadacreazioni.com/ ), che mi ospita gentilmente nella sezione "Le creazioni di Merylu" (nel menu a sinistra della home). Le sue creazioni all'uncinetto (borse, bijoux, abbigliamento, accessori e chi più ne ha più ne metta) sono bellissime! Fate un giro sul sito e vedrete che ho ragione ^.*

And now...an anticipation! Look at this couple of cute Matryoshkas handmade by me: "Starry Night" and "Moonlight" are made of fimo (polymer clay) without molds, and details are handpainted by me with acrylic colours... what will they become? I'll tell you the secret in the next days! =P

E ora... guardate a queste carinissime Matrioske fatte da me: "Notte Stellata" e "Chiaro di Luna" sono fatte in fimo senza stampi, e i particolari sono dipinti a mano con i colori acrilici... cosa diventeranno? Vi svelerò il segreto nei prossimi giorni! =P

I'm back...! New creations and some photos

I've been away sooo long from my beloved blog...sorry!

I've been very busy with my work, my study, and of course with my holidays =) I've been in Sardegna with my friends and then some days in Paris wit my family!

Before leaving for my holidays I made some parures for me... and I wore them to the seaside and also in Paris!

Sono stata lontana dal mio amato blog così a lungo...chiedo scusa!

Sono stata molto impegnata con il lavoro,lo studio, e ovviamente con le vacanze! ^.* Sono stata in Sardegna con le mie amiche, poi qualche giorno a Parigi con la famiglia.

Prima di partire, però, ho fatto qualche parure per me, da sfoggiare sia al mare che a Parigi!

Ecco qualche foto.

Tuttifrutti parure, necklace+earrings. Fruits handmade by me out of fimo (polymer clay), varnished after baking.

Parure Tuttifrutti, collana+orecchini. Frutta realizzata a mano da me con il fimo, verniciata dopo la cottura.

Seastar parure, with seastars completely handmade by me, without molds, out of fimo (polymer clay). Necklace+ear stud earrings.

Parure con stelle marine, con stelle marine fatte completamente a mano da me, senza l'uso di stampi, in fimo. Collana+orecchini a lobo.

Personal swap received from Laura: apple bag!

Hello! Today I'd like to talk about a super nice girl and artist from Germany: Laura!

Ciao! Oggi vi vorrei parlare di una ragazza molto simpatica, nonché grande artista dalla Germania: Laura!
Ho fatto con lei uno "swap" (ovvero: scambio): lei ha cucito per me una fantastica borsa a forma di mela, e io per lei due paia di orecchini =) QUI potete trovare il mio vecchio post in cui ci sono le foto degli orecchini.

Finally I can upload some new photos - I haven't had so much time recently, but now that I finished my exams I have more time to dedicate to my creations!

Finalmente riesco a caricare qualche nuova foto - non ho avuto molto tempo recentemente, ma ora che ho finito i miei esami (l'ho deciso io...ero stufa di studiare, così ne ho rimandato uno!), ho più tempo da dedicare alle mie creazioni!

Today, I would like to show you a bracelet and two necklaces I made for my aunt and my cousin!

Oggi vorrei mostrarvi un bracciale e due collane che ho realizzato per mia zia e mia cugina!

Daisies made of FIMO (polymer clay) handmade by me without moulds, and green and orange wooden beads.

Cominciamo con le collane!

Le margherite sono in fimo, fatte da me senza stampi, e delle perle in legno verniciato, nelle sfumature del verde e dell'arancione.

The bracelet. Here, again, daisies made of FIMO (polymer clay) by me without moulds, and green wooden beads. The bracelet's daisies are double face!

E ora il bracciale! Qui, ancora, le margherite sono in fimo, fatte da me senza stampi, e perle in legno verniciato nelle tonalità del verde.

Starry Night Matryoshka, new Etsy listing!

Hello!!!!

Yes, I know I should study for my exams, but in this period I have so much inspiration!

And besides I'm very excited because this afternoon I'll create with a friend of mine =)))

But now........ I'me very proud to show you my favourite Matryoshka, my masterpiece (anyway...I think so! =P I like her so much!).
You can find her on my Etsy shop.

She is a very cute charm! Her name is Starry Night Matryoshka (I've been ispired by the famous paints of Vincent Van Gogh). She's a pearl blue Matryoshka (a Russian Doll); the body is made of FIMO (polymer clay); the eyes, the hair, the mouth and the golden decorations on her body are handpainted by me with acrylics with love and care! It is varnished with a special gloss lacquer for polymer clay after baking. It mesures about 2,7cm, hook included.



You can hang it on a bracelet, necklace, mobile, bag or anything else!
